Picture a car boot (or trunk) sale of passionate, independent wine merchants. All with their favourite and hard-to-find bottles. Weekends last summer were filled with these mini-festivals to the grape. But this year, the best fun events in wine have had to move online.
Ruth Spivey founder of WCB and wine consultant explains ‘We’ve all had to adapt our buying methods during Lockdown. We’ve now organised it so you can enjoy the WCB experience, but online. Wine Car Boot Online will give you access to a whole range of different shops and suppliers, all under one roof. Each ‘stall’ will feature a box of wine especially selected for us – 6 packs, 12 packs, Alternative Formal Party Packs, and even ‘Micro packs’ for your own home tastings.’
