Stéphane Reynaud is an acclaimed French chef and cookery writer. Reynaud comes from a family of butchers and pig farmers in the Ardèche region of France is known for his skills with meat and charcuterie. He is the owner and chef of restaurant Villa 9 Trois in Montreuil, in the Eastern suburbs of Paris. His cooking tends to place an emphasis on meat and charcuterie. His 2005 book Pork and Sons won the 2005 Grand Prix de la Gastronomie Française.
Stéphane is recognised internationally for his skills, having appeared on Saturday Kitchen, The Martha Stewart Show and National Public Radio’s The Splendid Table. He opened his first London restaurant Tratra within Shoreditch’s Boundary hotel in April 2017.
